2. Payment Process

Purchase procedure:

1. Add the desired products to the cart.

2. Click on the cart icon and proceed to checkout.

3. Enter your shipping information and select your delivery method.

4. Choose your preferred payment method from those available.

5. Enter your payment details in the secure form.

6. Review your order summary and confirm your purchase.

After submitting your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your purchase details. If there are any problems with your payment, we'll contact you as soon as possible.  

3. Currency

All transactions on Sameo IT are processed in Euros (€) . Please note that your bank may apply conversion fees, which are beyond our control. The amount charged to your account will include any applicable taxes and shipping costs.   

4. Order Confirmation and Invoice

After a successful payment, you will receive an Order Confirmation email containing:  

• Order number

• Summary of purchased items

• Total amount charged

• Shipping Details

This email serves as your official receipt – please keep it for your records. 

5. Payment Security

Your security is our priority. Sameo IT uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to encrypt sensitive data during transactions. Our payment processing partners comply with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) standards to ensure maximum protection of your data.      

6. Payment Authorization

By submitting your payment information, you authorize Sameo IT to charge the specified payment method for the total amount of your purchase . In rare cases where payment is unsuccessful, we will contact you by email and your order may be canceled or held until finalized. 

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order after payment, please contact us within 2 hours of purchase at info@sameo.it . Refunds will be processed based on the original payment method.   

Refunds:
Please see our Refund Policy for requirements, processing times, and procedures. Refunds may take up to 7 business days (Mon-Fri) to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.    

8. Changing Payment Information

You can manage your payment methods from your Sameo IT account . To update them: 

1. Log in to your account.

2. Go to "Account Settings" or "Payment Methods" .   

3. Add, edit, or remove payment information.

4. Save your changes to ensure they apply to future purchases.

9. Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers, Sameo IT reserves the right to verify suspicious payments . We may request additional information to confirm transactions deemed at risk.
